Yes, I see this as being well balanced and a good plan for Anet to use. (yes, that was sarcasm)
/signed for that

also
Mursaat Elementalists (from the summon) should have Spectral Agony, Chain Lightning, Thunderclap, and Lightning Orb
Naga Shaman: Glyph of Lesser Energy, Churning Earth, Dragon Stomp, Unsteady Ground
Ruby Djinn: Searing Flames, Glowing Gaze, Fire Attunement, Glyph of Lesser Energy
Ice Imp: Water Attunement, Deep Freeze, Blurred Vision, Maelstrom

and Bone Minions should have Contagion, Dark Aura, Signet of Agony, Foul Feast, Death Nova, and Holiday Blues =)

There's this thing called balance in Guild Wars. Because of balance, this is an absolutely horrific suggestion.

Yes, it's a bug that's been around for quite some time. Sometimes enemies appear with the name of a charmable pet.

Every useful pet attack is already under Beast Mastery. From what I understand you'd like these skills to be put on our pets' bars, thus freeing up slots on our own bars. You're essentially asking for a bigger skillbar. I think even a noob can understand how that fails.

Well, my pet does heavy damage. In some situations I can match the damage my Assassin would cause in PvE with a pet, not to mention the conditions and knock down from Great Dwarf Weapon I use in PvE. In PvE my pet can tank fairly well, with minimal Monking and cause heavy damage and in PvP my pet can do the same to a slightly lesser extent. If your pet doesn't do much damage then you need to find a better build.

And Marverick, he was being sarcastic. Way too over-powered

My pet can do over 100+ damage per attack, plus the fact he can be buffed with enchantments. I understand where you're coming from though, that if you indeed go Ranger and follow the beast mastery set of skills it can make your Ranger pretty limited to what you can do. But making your pet have his own skill bar would make him a 'hero' and there are already plenty of ways to add heroes to a party to help your cause. Also, the more potential 'heroes' you have, in my opinion anyway, yet again you're turning an apparent massive multiplayer game more single player, simply because of the lack of a need of human players.

/notsigned, as someone already said it would be fairly imba since everyone would bring pets then for massive damage. 16 man team ftw! >.> Do not want...

On another note: Half expected this to have been suggested by Tende... err nvm

I could agree with giving pets 20 energy and 2 regen pips, and allowing them to randomly use the pet skills YOU have equipped when they don't have attacks queued (the shouts they receive when you use pet attacks), but only if the chances of they using your skills are really low and liked to beast mastery. Something like 2% chances per beast mastery rank.

But never giving them their own skill bar and allow them to fight just like heroes.
